Manufacturing Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Industry
Hove, East Sussex
£25,000

Our client is an independently run facility for contract manufacturing, packaging, analytical and technical services for tablets, capsules, powders and granules for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team.

This role would suit an experienced supervisor with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, looking to develop their career within a progressive company.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the manufacturing department.

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining good standards of safety, GMP (good manufacturing practice), production quality and staff management.

In addition to achieving departmental goals, you will also be required to contribute to the company\'s sales objectives. You will do this by achieving production output and efficiency plans. You will also be responsible for the continuous development of your team.

To be considered for this role, you will need experience of manufacturing gained within the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally you will need to have supervisory experience.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you must have excellent leadership qualities and be able to lead and develop a team. You will also need good multitasking and communication skills.

Although not essential, any qualifications in manufacturing would be beneficial.
