Job Description

Outstanding HR job opportunity for a European HR Manager. This position is based in Central London with occasional travel to Europe. This is a standalone position for Europe and will report to the HR VP in the USA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HR VP, European Managing Director and the senior management team to align the region\'s HR plans with the corporate strategy and implement accordingly.
  • Develop performance management solutions that align business objectives with individual contribution. Ensure all staff members understand and can measure the contribution required of them. Link this to compensation and learning and development solutions.
  • Review, re-design, and implement integrated compensation and benefits solutions.
  • Lead the employee engagement, communications, and relations agenda.
  • Create a globally integrated HR transactional framework including policies and procedures.
  • Define and deliver the staffing agenda on a Pan-European basis, ensuring it is seamlessly integrated with the global HR plan.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must have worked with senior management teams on a Pan-European basis and be able to demonstrate how they have created clarity under sometimes unclear and ambiguous circumstances.
  • Proven experience of building HR transactional capability on a Pan-European basis.Strong administrative skills.
  • European employment law including TUPE and post-merger integration.
  • Building organisational capability coaching, organisation design, leadership, and management development.
  • Analytical thinker the ability to see past the obvious, to explore, understand, and interpret accurately.
  • Delivery orientated able to manage stakeholders to agree the agenda then act with resolve to deliver it.
  • Adept at managing relationships across a diverse group excellent communication, consultation, and influencing skills.
  • Commercial solutions are absolutely relevant, pragmatic, and delivered at pace. Able to quickly adapt solutions in an ambiguous and changing commercial environment.
