Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Full Time Assitant Manager to join our team at our Ditchling store based within the Garden Pride Garden Centre on Common Lane, Ditchling. The successful applicant will be hard working, honest and reliable and able to offer customer service at the highest possible level.
After 40 years in the industry we really know our stuff and we are expanding very quickly this year.
As a result we are now looking for a new Assistant Manager to join our family.
The successful applicants will be hard working, honest and reliable with a proven work history in retail at a Supervisory level.
Our Management team work solely on the shop floor and are the face of Pets Corner, you must therefore be able to help lead your team to offer exemplary customer service at all times. You will have a proven ability to drive sales and achieve sales related bonuses.
We offer an unrivalled training package and can very quickly give you the knowledge needed to start building your customer base and kick start your new career.

Salary range is £12,000 to £14,000 plus opportunities to earn sales related bonuses.

Please be aware that our stores are open 7 days a week and all full time staff must be available to work weekends (not all).
