Job Description
My client, an established Motor Insurance Broker require a Motor Claims Telephone Advisor to join their busy and friendly customer service team in Hove.
Role Outline:
Accurate and timely resolution of motor claims telephone enquiries.• Answer the telephone within agreed service standards• Answer the call with the recognised Service salutation and identification• Ensure that the DPA rules are followed• Deal with the call within your level of expertise• Seek help if you are unsure of your facts• Pass call to a senior member of staff if it becomes a complaint• Log calls on memo screen with sufficient information for others to follow• Deal with post items as required• Ensure any actions/promises are followed through• Ensure caller understands what Service or they need to do next• Ensure the caller has the correct details for further contact should it be necessary• Authorise and release payments up to own individual authority
Applicants should have some relevant FNOL / Motor Claims experience and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
