Job Description
BASIC - £25K + CAR ALLOWANCE, OTE - £50K
My client, an established and successful chain of Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to start initially in their Oxted Branch to cover a maternity contract then transferring to Reigate on a permanent basis.
This forward thinking & professional independant chain has in total 13 offices covering Kent, Surrey and East Sussex including offices in London. They also have an assocation with another established estate agency practice adding a further 4 offices plus a Mayfair Office to their coverage.
Applicants are required to have Management experience within an Estate Agency arena and must be capable of organising and motivating a team whilst driving forward business. You must be car driver and have good IT skills, coupled with a good knowledge of the local area and property market.
