Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive with a confident, positive, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude to join our clients’ winning team.

Working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance, and accessory sales. You will work as part of a team to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained at all times.

Main responsibilities of the position include:

• €¢ Achieving used vehicle targets

• €¢ Offering a selection of accessories to vehicle buyers

• €¢ Introducing customers to the Service and Parts facilities

• €¢ Providing accurate vehicle appraisals

• €¢ Ensuring all payment and monetary transactions are handled accordingly

• €¢ Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and representatives

• €¢ Contributing to a departmental marketing strategy to promote all products and services and ensuring adequate displays in the showroom

• €¢ Handling all customer complaints swiftly and professionally, and in a sensitive manner

• €¢ Maintaining appealing vehicle displays

With a professional and positive approach, you will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent and hold a full clean driving licence.

You must be self-motivated and results orientated and possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment. You need the ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and you need the ability to influence others and be committed to achieving sales targets and objectives.

The salary is a 10K basic with a realistic OTE of 30K plus company car. Although car sales experience is desirable, previous face to face sales experience within a commercial environment is absolutely essential, as is a valid driving licence.
