Job Description
This a new and exciting opportunity to work for a market leader within the Insurance industry.
We are looking for an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer who has gained two to five years PQE experience of working for an FSA regulated company. You will provide the provision of legal advice to the client on its Products and Services as well as in house expertise in Competition Law and Financial Contracts.
Candidates need to possess some experience of both Competition Law and E:Commerce as well as a working knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
Awareness of Financial Contracts (ISDA's and RePo's) would be desirable but not essential.
