Position
€¢ Responsible for the day-day sales/operation of your division supplying white collar Construction/Technical - Contracts/Perms
€¢ Daily, weekly and monthly activity meetings - focussing on achievements and budgets
€¢ To be a hands on manager and lead from the front
€¢ Complete control of divisional P&L
€¢ Recruit and develop your team
