Temporary Administrator / Payroll Assistant to cover another member of our staff whilst they go on holiday for a couple of weeks, but this may roll-on or perhaps even transition to permanent employment for the right person.
The suitable candidate must have strong previous administration experience and be able to hit the ground running. This position will be primarily assisting another member of the team within contractor payroll (emphasis on data-input) and other general administrative tasks (e.g. emails, answering phones, filing, & typing letters). The role needs someone who has good typing skills and an excellent eye for detail, and is very diligent in their work, as contractor payroll is a key part of our business.
The company is looking for a candidate to start straight away in order for them to be trained in the required elements and is needing someone to start asap.
