Job Description: Customer Care Advisor - English & Dutch/Italian/German/French - 6 Month Contract
Our Client has a vacancy for a Customer Care Advisor. Based near Gatwick, you will be responsible for providing a quick and efficient front-line response to major customers, distributors and other Group companies worldwide.
This position is initially a 6 month contract with the possibility of being extended for a further period of up to 5 months.
Essentially, you will deal with support requests, technical enquiries, price quotations, process and progress orders – while always focusing on your customers. The role is highly reactive, dealing mainly by telephone and email. It is essential that you are able to effectively manage your workload, understand the priorities of your team and the business, and able to identify opportunity for continuous improvement. You need to have a pro-active approach, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail and be excellent in both verbal and written communication.
Skills:
For this role, you will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English plus have one of the following languages (German/Dutch/Italian/French to native standard).
Experience in a sales or service orientated environment is vital.
Good knowledge of office systems, Word/Excel (SAP – training will be given) and procedures.
