We have a unique opportunity for someone looking to work for an established, independent company based in West Sussex.

They are rapidly growing due to continued success and now need to employ a full time Marketing Manager, who will bring all marketing activity in house and make this role their own.


The Role
A newly created role, you will be responsible for the entire marketing function, you will be key in driving the business forward and increasing the profile of the company brand. You will be implementing a wide range of marketing activities to include; direct marketing, advertising, public relations, website development and management, event management and corporate merchandising.

The Candidate
Reporting directly to the Directors of the business, the ideal candidate will ensure advertising strategy and activity is developed and delivered effectively, including advertising research, development, implementation and compliance of new adverts, plus create and traffic electronic and hard copy direct marketing campaigns. Another key element of the position includes developing new content for driving traffic, acquisition, retention and conversion using SEO techniques and writing all website content. At the same time managing the website on a daily and weekly basis, preparing traffic reports and visitor statistics.

The Package
Negotiable dependant on knowledge and experience.
