You will be working for a well known agency based in the Kent area, this agency communicates a positioning that emphasises their 'open and honest' approach to delivering a multitude of integrated marketing services to a growing portfolio of clients.

The Role
As the Account Manager you will be motivated and confident enough to handle clients and projects from start to finish, with a keen eye for detail. It’s a great opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to make a name for themselves within a top 50 Agency.
You will be able to pre-empt client requirements and thus influence projects accordingly to ensure smooth delivery.
You will be a great project planner and be able to manage your time very effectively, through your ability to plan ahead, manage your “to do” list, clearly communicate and multitask projects.
You will be more than a safe pair of hands and will be expected to demonstrate clear strategic thinking and possess experience working with photography, film production, literature design and production, and in store point of sale.
You will have the full support of an account team and be able to communicate effectively within that group, leading weekly team status meetings and providing appropriate direction and management to your AE, and understanding, challenging or updating your SAM and AD.
You will be the main day to day client facing account handler, you should have a good ability at getting on with clients and making them feel loved.

The Candidate
As many of these accounts will be integrated, TV production and supply knowledge will be a real asset, as will a good grasp of print production. An understanding of digital media will also be a benefit, and you will be competent with Microsoft Office applications.
You will also be able to help the AD out with new business pitches and creds meetings, to further the agency’s growth..
Possessing previous account management experience in an Agency you will have the confidence to handle clients with minimal supervision.

The Package
Salary £26-28,000
